Consultations
In person in Tallinn, or online
- Same way either route
Consultations are arranged by appointment, in person or online, so we can look at your routine properly rather than in a message thread. If you're outside Tallinn, online sessions work the same way.
How to write a useful message
Send your question to the lab
Include your age range, what you'd like to change, and one or two specific questions. If you're asking about fatigue, mention typical sleep and meal timing. Three or four lines of context save a week of back-and-forth and get you a more useful answer.
What you can ask
Frequent questions, feedback, corrections
- General nutrition and lifestyle questions
- Requests for a consultation, in person or online
- Feedback on a specific guide
- Corrections to something we've written
If you're asking about your own menu, tell us roughly what a normal day looks like for you. That's more useful than a list of foods you think you should be eating. If your question is one we get often, it may shape a future guide.
What we can't do by email
We can't diagnose anything, adjust medication, or give individual medical advice without a proper consultation. If your question is about a diagnosed condition, your own clinician needs to be involved. We'll say so plainly rather than guess.
Where we are
A bench in Tallinn, and a call from anywhere
The lab is based in Tallinn, Estonia. Consultations are arranged by appointment, in person or online. If you're outside Tallinn, online sessions work the same way, with the same attention to your routine.

Consultations may take slightly longer to schedule if the calendar is filling ahead. If you don't hear back within a week, send the message again; email filters occasionally lose things.

Before you write
Four guides answer most questions we receive. If yours is already covered, the answer is a click away.
- 01 Everyday Nutrition Guide Food groups, portions, and what a normal plate looks like.
- 02 Sleep & Recovery Evening routines, meal timing, and how rest shapes the day.
- 03 Energy & Fatigue Prevention Meal rhythm through the day and the habits that steady it.
- 04 Longevity Habits The longer arc: what the years-lived-well research actually tracks.
Privacy and your details
We use what you send only to answer you and to arrange any consultation. We don't sell contact details or add you to marketing lists without asking.
The Privacy Policy explains the specifics, including how long messages are kept and how to have yours removed.
Questions before you write
How quickly do you reply?
We aim to reply within a few working days. Consultation requests may take slightly longer if we're scheduling ahead. If you don't hear back within a week, send the message again; email filters occasionally lose things.
Can you answer a question about my diagnosed condition?
No. We can't diagnose anything, adjust medication, or give individual medical advice without a proper consultation, and a message thread is not that. If your question is about a diagnosed condition, your own clinician needs to be involved. We'll say so plainly rather than guess.
Do online consultations differ from in-person ones?
Not in the way that matters. Both are arranged by appointment and both look at your routine properly rather than in a message thread. The difference is the room you're sitting in, and whether that room is in Tallinn.
Will my message be shared or added to a mailing list?
No. We use what you send only to answer you and to arrange any consultation, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking. The Privacy Policy sets out how long messages are kept and how to have yours removed.
I'd like to correct something in a guide. Where does that go?
Straight into the same form, with the guide named and the passage you mean. Corrections go to the front of the queue and are the one kind of message we'd rather receive twice than not at all.
Tallinn nutritionist advice
Tell us what a normal day looks like, and we'll take it from there
A short note about your routine gives us more to work with than a long list of rules you'd like to follow. Write to us in your own words, pick the guide that feels closest, and we'll reply within a few working days.
