Cancellations, Returns & Refund Policy

We adhere to high ethical and consumer protection standards. Our return and cancellation policies are governed by the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus) and EU consumer protection regulations.

1. Consultation Rescheduling & Cancellation

• 24-Hour Notice: Scheduled consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge if written notice is received at least 24 hours prior to the session.
• Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled within less than 24 hours may incur a modest administrative preparation fee.

2. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services

In accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act:

• 14-Day Statutory Period: Consumers retain a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for recurring subscriptions or unperformed educational services.
• Immediate Digital Access: Where consumers request immediate digital fulfillment before the expiry of 14 days, the consumer acknowledges that right of withdrawal ceases upon completion of delivery.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed promptly within 5 to 7 Estonian banking days, using the exact payment gateway or bank account employed during initial settlement.
