Sleep & Optimal Health Path coordinates educational wellness guides, personalized routine programs, and individual consultation bookings for clients in Estonia and Europe.

1. Digital Guide Deliveries

All downloadable nutritional guidelines, sleep recovery protocols, and routine templates are fulfilled electronically:

• Fulfillment Timing: Delivered electronically to the user's provided email address within 5 to 15 minutes of confirmed inquiry or booking.
• Delivery Charges: Electronic delivery of our standard digital educational content is free of charge.
• File Format: Portable Document Format (PDF), accessible across mobile and desktop environments.

2. Consultation Appointment Booking

Individual sessions are scheduled either in-person at our registered Viljandi premises or via encrypted digital teleconsultation:

• Confirmation: Electronic appointment confirmation and preparation instructions are transmitted within 24 hours of booking.
• Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the arranged time.

3. Printed Materials (Omniva / Itella SmartPOST)

Upon special written request, printed archival copies of our educational materials can be dispatched within Estonia via Omniva or Itella SmartPOST parcel lockers within 2 to 4 business days.
